OUR CHAPEL

Although our chapel is not intended to compete against the reverence and respect of the church, it has been tastefully designed as an option for those who do not wish a formal church setting. Conveniently located within the funeral home, it provides a dignified setting for family, friends and the community to gather together and pay tribute to the deceased.

Our large chapel can easily accomodate up to 150 people for funeral or memorial services with additional space utilized for larger gatherings.

The entry to our chapel is gained through a single door covered by a portico on the front of our funeral home.  The entry allows plenty of room to hang coats and hats and a comfortable area to register and leave memorials.  For large visitations, Fippinger utilize the pews for comfortable seating while waiting to greet a family.
Video Tributes in our chapel

Not new anymore, a video tribute in memory of a loved one is produced and distributed for families at no charge should a family desire this service.  Usually 25 to 30 pictures in length, a video tribute is a wonderful expression to honor the memory of a loved one.  It is important to understand that not everyone desires to have a video tribute and at Fippingers we respect that wish with heartfelt understanding.

Our family room offers privacy to families who wish to sit in a more private setting during the funeral service.  Other families prefer to sit in the chapel  during the funeral.  Either way, Fippingers stress the importance of seating preference during the funeral service in order to accomodate each family's particular wishes and desires.
